Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The time period for deliveries is made up of two periods:

1) Processing time (1-2 business days):
Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging

2) Delivery time:

  • USA 5-8 business days
  • UK 5-8 working days
  • Australia 5-12 business days
  • Europe-wide 5-8 working days
  • Rest of the World 5-12 working days

3) Shipping options:

  • We offer free standard shipping for orders above £40.00
  • For orders below £40, a shipping fee of £4.99 applies.

 4) Warehouse working hours and cutoff:

  • Our warehouse operates on weekdays Monday – Friday
  • Our cutoff time is 12:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Berlin)

 ADDRESS CHANGE

Address changes are only possible for a short time after placing the order. Please contact our customer service via info@nellalabel.com

 CANCELLATION

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled prior to delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.

 LOST PACKAGE / RETURNED PACKAGE? 

If a package was lost or could not be delivered due to a logistical problem, we will immediately send a new package. Please contact our customer service via info@nellalabel.com

 
MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE 
How annoying! Unfortunately, it may happen that your product is damaged in transit or that an incorrect product is delivered. We will always send you a new package free of charge the first time, but unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.   Will it arrive defective the second time? We will then refund you the full purchase amount.
